Zutaten

  • 2 tablespoons fermented tea leaves or paste
  • 5 tablespoons crispy beans and nuts
  • 50 grams cabbage
  • 4-5 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1-2 small tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of (vegan) fish sauce or a few generous pinches of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic (optional)
  • 2 fresh chillies (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of dried shrimps (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon of cooking oil
  • Topping ideas: coriander and a pinch of toasted sesame seeds

Anleitung

  • Finely shred the cabbage and romaine lettuce.
  • Finely slice the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
  • Finely slice the garlic and chillies (optional).
  • Combine the cabbage, romaine lettuce and tomatoes into a bowl.
  • Add dried shrimps, fresh chillies and garlic (optional).
  • Add fermented tea leaves or paste and crispy beans and nuts.
  • Add cooking oil.
  • Squeeze the lime of the top.
